The standard
What “installed properly” actually means
Air conditioning is a precision trade — refrigerant weighed in grams, joints pressure-tested, systems sized to the room. These aren’t extras here; they’re the job.
Right-sized
Rooms measured, heat loads worked out, the system matched to your home — sized for the space, not the sale.
By the book
Nitrogen pressure test, deep vacuum, torque-checked joints and commissioning readings recorded — every install, as the F-Gas rules require.
Tidy finish
Dust sheets down, pipework in colour-matched trunking along the building line, waste taken away — rooms left as found.
One engineer
The person who surveys designs, installs and answers the phone afterwards. No subcontractors, no call centre.

One system, all year
Air conditioning that pays its way in January
Every system I install is a heat pump as well. Run it in reverse and it delivers several units of heat for each unit of electricity — efficient warmth in winter from the same discreet unit that cools you in July.
Summer
Cool, dry, quiet
Whole-home cooling with each room set to its own temperature — bedrooms at 19°, living room at 22°. Modern indoor units run at a whisper, and dehumidify as they cool.
Winter
Fast, efficient heat
Air-to-air heat pump mode warms a room in minutes and typically delivers 3–4 kW of heat per kW of electricity — a fraction of the running cost of plug-in electric heaters.
How it works
From first call to cool air, without the runaround

FAQs
Questions people ask first
Do you fit single rooms as well as whole homes?
Yes. A single split — one indoor unit, one outdoor unit — is perfect for a bedroom, home office or conservatory. For two or more rooms, a multi-split runs several indoor units from one outdoor unit. The free survey works out which suits your home and budget.
What is a multi-split air conditioning system?
One outdoor unit connected to several indoor units — typically two to five — so each room gets its own quietly controlled temperature from a single, discreet condenser outside. It cools in summer and heats efficiently in winter.
Does air conditioning really work as heating?
Yes — every system fitted is an air-to-air heat pump. Run in heating mode it typically delivers three to four kilowatts of heat for each kilowatt of electricity, warming a room in minutes for a fraction of the running cost of plug-in heaters.
How disruptive is the installation?
Most home installations take one to two days. Dust sheets go down, pipework runs along the outside wall in neat colour-matched trunking, and each indoor unit needs only a small sealed hole through the wall. You get a full clean-up and a working handover before I leave.
How much does it cost?
Every home is different, so I don’t quote blind — the survey is free and the written quote that follows is fixed. No day rates, no surprises, and no obligation.
